Our clinicians are experienced in supporting patients with a wide range of mental health concerns and understand the challenges faced by people from diverse backgrounds.

When to Ask for Help
Please speak to us if you:
- Feel low, anxious, or overwhelmed most days
- Are struggling to cope with daily life
- Have trouble sleeping or eating
- Feel isolated or hopeless
- Are worried about your thoughts or emotions
If you are in immediate danger or feel you might harm yourself, please seek urgent help.
Mental Health Crisis Support
If you are in immediate danger or at risk of harming yourself, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
For urgent mental health support (not life-threatening) you can:
- Call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option — open 24/7 to connect you with someone who can help and advise on what support is best next.

- Call Samaritans on 116 123 — confidential emotional support anytime.
- Text “SHOUT” to 85258 for free, 24/7 text-based support.
