    We now have a phone located in the practice which patients can use to contact Citizens Advice Manchester – just lift the receiver to get connected immediately. You can either discuss your issue there and then, or request a call back at a more convenient time; there’s also a voicemail service so if your call can’t be taken you can leave a message for someone to call you back, or member of staff at the surgery can refer you in.   • Expert Patients Programme

    Expert Patients Programme is a free NHS Service to support people to manage their long term health conditions. If you would like to learn helpful tips to control your symptoms and feel more in control and positive, please contact us. The programme consists of 6 weekly sessions for two-and-a-half hours at local venues across Manchester. It is also helpful for carers of people who live with long term conditions.
