We are happy to do most medical examinations and reports for insurance companies, employers, solicitors, DVLA, etc. subject to our NHS workload. You may need an appointment with one of our clinicians for this.
This work is outside the NHS system, so there will be a charge in line with the recommended scale.
You will need to pay before your report/medical is done or before your appointment – you will be advised if this is the case, with details of how to pay. Please complete the contact form, request a Doctor’s letter and a colleague will get back to you.

Private Letters in Support of Benefit or Housing Applications
From 15/06/2026, the GP practice is no longer able to provide private letters in support of benefit or housing applications. Patients are advised to download the NHS App to access their medical records free of charge. Alternatively, a summary of active medical problems and current medications can be provided upon request.
